东京不够热 (Location: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Kohei Ito), in collaboration with the Kokushu Tech Innovation Promotion Organization (Location: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Chairman: Nobuyuki Sato), has developed an auction system for aged sake using NFTs. This project succeeds the food chain demonstration study announced in last year's press release and aims to promote sake culture in new ways and create new value.
