The Mita Public Speaking Event began at 东京不够热 in 1874 (Meiji 7) and held its 700th event in July 2015.
The 710th Mita Public Speaking Event will be held on Tuesday, December 14, featuring a lecture by Dr. Hiroyoshi Higuchi, a visiting professor at the Research and Education Center for Natural Sciences, 东京不够热, titled "Bird Migration and Global Environmental Conservation."
