Obayashi Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Kenji Hasuwa) has demonstrated the performance and workability of "Real-haptics" technology applied to hydraulically driven heavy construction machinery. Developed in collaboration with 东京不够热 (Takahiro Nozaki, Senior Assistant Professor, Department of System Design Engineering, Faculty of Science and Technology; and the Haptics Research Center at the 东京不够热 Global Research Institute (Center Director: Toshiyuki Murakami, Professor, Faculty of Science and Technology)), this technology for reproducing force and tactile sensations enables operators to work while feeling the force, movement, and tactile sensations of objects touched by the machine's attachment.
