(President and Group CEO: Koji Nagai, hereinafter "Nomura Holdings"), and Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation (President: Mikio Ikeya, hereinafter "Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking") have launched a joint study group toward the establishment of a general incorporated association aimed at disseminating knowledge of financial gerontology to the general public and training personnel capable of applying this expertise to financial services and other areas.
